We highly recommend uploading high-resolution photos with good lighting, where the face is fully visible and not obstructed (by hands, hats, or large sunglasses). For custom face pajamas, socks, or bobbleheads, a clear, front-facing shot with a fun expression works best.

Not at all! Leave that to us. Our professional design team will manually crop out the background, isolate the face or pet, and optimize the lighting for free. We ensure that only the perfect subject is seamlessly integrated into your chosen design.

Because our gifts are fully personalized, our design team usually begins processing your images within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to swap a photo or update your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order, and include your order number.

To ensure the fastest production and delivery times, standard orders go directly into our production pipeline. However, if you have specific layout requests, please leave a note at checkout. For highly complex or bulk designs, our team will reach out via email with a mockup if necessary.

As soon as your unique gift is on its way, our system will automatically email you a Tracking Number and a tracking link. You can also log into your SeekGifts4U account at any time and check your real-time delivery status under "Orders."

Because each item is uniquely crafted with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, as these items cannot be resold. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If we make a mistake (wrong print, missing items) or if your package arrives damaged, we will gladly re-make it for free or issue a 100% full refund.

Our custom pajamas, shirts, and apparel follow standard international sizing. Please carefully check the detailed Size Chart provided on each product page before placing your order. Because sizing errors are non-quality issues, we cannot offer free replacements, so measuring beforehand is highly recommended.

Yes, they are 100% machine-washable! We use an advanced sublimation printing technique that infuses the ink directly into the fabric fibers. We recommend machine-washing in cold water (turning the garment inside out helps protect the print) and air drying or tumble drying on low. Do not use bleach. The photo prints will not crack, peel, or fade over time.
